v Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and
students in academic affairs/ improvements:

Appointment of Academic Advisor : Adjunct Professor of VESIT, has been given additional responsibility as Academic
Advisor to enhance overall technical and academic capabilities of faculties and students.
·
Senior Faculty members conduct Personality
Development Courses for faculty members to enhance their communication skills
& personality developments.
·
Intercollegiate technical festival ‘PRAXIS’ is
organized with active participation of staff and students.
·
Class Teachers are appointed to monitor regular academic activities of
each class.
·
Students are encouraged participate and coordinate the various technical
activities of Professional Societies.
·
Class Counsellors are appointed to provide personal
guidance and counselling.

Staff Welfare Committee – Represents Staff problems
to the management.

Regular staff as well as students meetings are held
with Principal and Management.

Disciplinary Action Committee, Lab. Development Committee etc.) are formed to look after different activities
of Institute.

Confidential suggestions are invited through the
Suggestion box placed outside
Principal’s office.

Staff members are given feedback forms and
suggestions are invited.

v Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff

Redressel Committee has been formed as per the guide lines of AICTE and
functioning for said purpose.
(ii.) The suggestions of students given through the
suggestion box are considered and actions are taken.
(iii.) Grievance Forms are distributed to the Staff
to hear their grievances.
